About Danube Properties
What the name tells you.
Danube Properties is the property development arm of Danube Group, which its own site describes as having grown from a single store in Deira, Dubai. Rizwan Sajan is Founder and Chairman of both, and Danube's leadership page says he founded Danube Properties in 2014. Its own site lists Breez and Oceanz in Dubai Maritime City among its current projects, and Shahrukhz by Danube, a 55-storey office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road whose name Danube publishes as a collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan; the tower's own page gives 2029 for completion and handover. We list Shahrukhz Residences, which Danube has announced to its broker network but, as at 17 September 2026, not on its own site, and Greenz by Danube, its furnished townhouses and villas beside Dubai International Academic City. Delivery notes
What we can and cannot verify.
No delivery statistics. Danube's own site publishes no delivered-unit count, no completed-project count and no on-time record, so we show none. Its About Us page names on-time delivery as part of its mission and describes Danube Properties as rated among the top five developers in the UAE without saying who rated it; we repeat neither as a finding.
The site does list buildings under Completed Projects, but its menus do not agree on which, so we have not counted them. Ask for the completion dates of the most recent handovers alongside the completion date each sale and purchase agreement anticipated.
Shahrukhz Residences reached brokers before it reached Danube's own site. Until Danube publishes a project page, every figure you hear about it is a broker message, not a developer publication: ask for prices, the payment plan and the expression-of-interest terms on Danube's own paper.
