Using the brand
A few rules, all of them about restraint.

Never re-typeset, re-space or recolour the lockup. Use the files as supplied.

Keep clear space around the mark equal to the cap height of the wordmark.
- 03
Minimum width 96 px on screen and 25 mm in print; 160 px in navigation and documents.

Refer to the company as OAC18 Properties on first mention and OAC18 thereafter. It is an advisory, not a brokerage or a portal.

Photography we supply may be used with the credit given; please do not crop the mark into an image.
Boilerplate
OAC18 Properties is a Dubai real estate advisory based at The Opus, Business Bay. It works for a small number of international buyers at a time, shortlisting against their objectives and publishing the reasoning — including the drawbacks — for every property it recommends. Founded by Raju Tuli and Raza Mujtaba.
