- OAC18 Properties operates under the Dubai Land Department and its Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). Transactions are documented on the DLD's standard forms, deposits are held by DLD-registered trustee offices or in developer escrow accounts, and off-plan sales are registered through Oqood.

Tell your advisor
Most problems are fixed fastest by the person who knows the file. Say clearly what has gone wrong and what would put it right.

Write to the founders
If you would rather not, or the reply does not resolve it, write to us at the address below with the word Complaint in the subject line. A founder replies within two working days and gives you a written answer within ten.

Escalate to the regulator
If you remain dissatisfied you may raise the matter with the Dubai Land Department's Real Estate Regulatory Agency, which handles complaints against registered brokers, or through the Dubai REST app. We will provide any document from your file that helps.
Verification
The DLD Trakheesi permit QR code in the footer verifies our advertising permit with the Dubai Land Department. Registration numbers are published here and in the footer the day they are issued.
