About Tarrad Development
What the name tells you.
Tarrad Development was founded in 2020, is chaired by Mr Saeed Tarrad and links from its own site to the LinkedIn page for Saeed Tarrad Real Estate Development L.L.C. Its portfolio is short: Mackerel Tower on Dubai Islands and the Celesto series in DubaiLand Residence Complex, with two further projects marked coming soon. Mackerel Tower is the only one of them with anything published — amenities, a fully furnished specification and a construction-progress breakdown — and it is the only Tarrad project on this site. The Celesto buildings carry a label on the developer's own pages and no figures at all; the handover dates and prices circulating for them come from a portal and are not repeated here.
Delivery notes
What we can and cannot verify.
There is no track record to publish. Tarrad was founded in 2020, states no delivered-unit count and no completed-project count, and publishes no on-time record.
Its own site is served as a static mirror of an older website, with broken internal links and stale pages, and it states Mackerel Tower's location inconsistently — the project index says Dubai Islands while the project page shows a Business Bay address that is almost certainly the sales office. We publish Dubai Islands because every other indication points there, and we would have the plot confirmed in writing before a reservation.
The construction percentages on the Mackerel Tower page carry no date. An undated progress figure goes stale silently, so this site renders none for the project and quotes the developer's figure only as something it prints. Ask for a dated progress report instead.
