About Binghatti

What the name tells you.

Binghatti was founded in 2008 by Dr Hussain Binghatti and began as a contractor before moving into development; it now runs design, construction and delivery in house, which is why it builds quickly and at volume. Its range is wide — compact apartments in Al Jaddaf, Jumeirah Village Circle and Majan at one end, towers developed with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co at the other. Its corporate statements say it has delivered more than 50 developments; a 40,000-unit figure it also publishes describes the portfolio now in progress rather than homes handed over, and we do not use it as one. Its project pages are detailed on building composition and quiet on terms: neither Binghatti Spectre nor Binghatti Wraith carries a handover date or a payment plan on binghatti.com.

Delivery notes

What we can and cannot verify.

The one delivery figure Binghatti publishes is 'more than 50 developments' delivered, in its own corporate statements. It is unaudited, so we have not rendered it as a statistic, and there is no published on-time percentage anywhere to sit beside it.

Be careful with the 40,000 units you will see quoted. That is the development portfolio currently in progress, not the number of homes handed over. Presented as a handover figure it would overstate the record by an order of magnitude, and it is quoted that way often.

Binghatti does not publish handover dates or payment plans for most of its current launches. Broker sites fill the gap and contradict each other — we have seen three irreconcilable payment plans quoted for one Binghatti tower and two different handover quarters for another. For a project in that state, the first thing to ask for is the payment plan, in writing, from the developer.
