About BNW Developments
What the name tells you.
BNW Developments has its corporate office and sales gallery in Ubora Tower, Business Bay, with further offices in Dubai Marina, Ras Al Khaimah, Australia and India. It states thirteen launched projects, AED 32 billion of gross development value and more than 750 staff on its own about page. Most of its portfolio is in Ras Al Khaimah, largely on Al Marjan Island; two projects are in Dubai, one in Al Jaddaf and one in Al Furjan, and both are on this site. It works largely through hotel and fashion brand licences, including Wyndham, Radisson Blu, Taj and Tonino Lamborghini. Unusually for this set, both of its Dubai pages publish a handover, a starting price, a full payment plan and a journey-time table, which is why they are among the more complete records we carry.
Delivery notes
What we can and cannot verify.
We publish no delivery figures for BNW. Thirteen launched projects is a launch count rather than a handover count, AED 32 billion of gross development value is a pipeline figure, and 750 staff is neither. There is no founding year and no on-time record on its site.
One published date needs settling before it is relied on. Its Al Jaddaf project prints a handover quarter that has already passed while the page is still taking registrations, and a portal shows a later one. Out of date is worse than no date, so this site carries no handover for that project and we would want the current anticipated completion date from BNW in writing.
Its two Dubai payment plans are structurally very different from each other. One is a conventional construction-linked schedule across twenty months; the other front-loads eighty per cent of the price into the first three or six months from booking, which is a materially heavier commitment than almost anything else on this site.
