Bay Grove Residences is four Nakheel buildings on Dubai Islands, selling one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes plus a signature penthouse, with direct access to Crystal Beach.

It sells in numbered phases, and the phases do not line up. The four Property Finder pages give March 2028, September 2028, March 2029 and Q3 2028 — a phase handing over before the phase before it is not credible, so at least one of those is wrong. Nakheel publishes no date at all.

We publish neither a handover date nor a starting price for that reason. The first question to ask is which phase is currently open; the date and the price then come off that phase's own reservation form, not off a portal.

Ask Nakheel which phase is open, then take the date and the price off that phase's own reservation form. Our verified record expects handovers across the islands to cluster from 2026 to 2028, with no rental history to price the first letting season against.
