Overview
What is being built, and by whom.
Palm Central Private Residences is a Nakheel development of three buildings on Palm Jebel Ali — one- to five-bedroom apartments, a five-bedroom penthouse and four-bedroom townhouses. The first release, on Frond M, carries a Q3 2029 handover; a later phase is listed separately at Q3 2030.
Nakheel publishes no price, no handover date and no payment plan for this project, or for any of its five current new launches. What its own site does give is the master community, the unit mix in words, the amenity list and a drive-time table — and those are the only things on this page we can attribute to the developer.
We show no starting price for that reason. The figures in circulation come from Property Finder, and printing one here under the line 'as marketed by Nakheel' would be a misattribution. Request the payment plan and we will ask Nakheel for the price list and the schedule together.

Locality
What the area is genuinely like today.
Palm Jebel Ali is a reclaimed island under construction. Nothing on it has handed over as far as our records go, and a functioning neighbourhood — shops, schools, clinics, a place to buy milk — does not exist there yet. The drive times on this page are Nakheel's own and they describe getting off the island, not living on it.
That is not a reason to dismiss it. It is a reason to be clear about what a 2029 handover means here: you will be among the first residents of a district that will still be under construction when you arrive, and the amenity you are buying is the amenity inside your own development.
Palm Jebel Ali is not one of the fifteen communities we hold a verified record for, and it must not be confused with Palm Jumeirah, which is a different island entirely. Ask us for the verified position before you commit.

Nakheel
Upper-mid-tier developer. The figures this page used to show for Nakheel — projects delivered, share on time, average delay, units handed over — could not be traced to anything Nakheel publishes. They have been removed.
The OAC18 Perspective
Nakheel publishes no price, no date and no payment plan for this project. Everything commercial about it comes from a portal.
- Who this suits
- Buyers who want to be early on a new Nakheel island, can commit money for three years, and do not need the location to work as a neighbourhood yet.
- Who it does not
- Families needing schools, shops or healthcare within reach, anyone who wants to walk a finished phase first, and anyone treating Palm Jebel Ali as an extension of Palm Jumeirah.
What to consider
Ask Nakheel for the price list, the completion date and the schedule in one document, and ask which phase you are being sold. A later phase landing a year behind yours is your resale competition.
Escrow and buyer protection, explainedNext step
The payment plan comes from a person.
Nakheel issues the schedule against a selected unit, so we cannot publish it — and any site that does is showing you something out of date. Tell us the bedrooms and the floors you have in mind and we will send the current plan, the live availability and our view on which units to avoid.
Payment schedules and availability are issued by the developer against a selected unit — an advisor sends the real figures within one business day.
