What is being built, and by whom.
LIV Waterside is a gated LIV Developers community on the Dubai Marina promenade, comprising apartments and villas with penthouses and signature villas. LIV lists it among its current projects rather than under its completed ones.
The shared spaces are the most elaborate LIV publishes: a marina-promenade outdoor dining area and courtyard, a double-height entertaining area with a breakfast lounge, coffee bar and private dining room with a separate chef's kitchen, a screening room, a residents' lounge, a golf simulator, private conference rooms and video-call pods, children's playrooms, billiards and table tennis, the LIV Signature Spa and fitness centre, wellness lounges, saunas, cold plunge pools and salt caves.
Unlike LIV Oceanside and LIV Maritime, this project has no construction-progress page on the developer's site, and no completion date, price, payment plan or unit size is published anywhere.
