HRE Development

We publish no track record for HRE, because its own site gives two that cannot both be right. The homepage claims more than 340 completed construction projects; the about page claims more than 200 projects and homes for over 12,000 families, and the same page says both founded in 2003 and evolved over the past 32 years. We record 2003 because it is the only explicit year printed, and no delivery figure at all.

Note what those figures would be counting even if they agreed. HRE describes itself as a contractor that moved into development three years ago, so a completed-projects number of that size is contracting work, not homes it developed and handed over. They are different records and only one of them is relevant to an off-plan purchase.

Its journey times need reading with care. The Wadi Hills page prints a Dubai Metro station at two minutes from a Dubailand address with no metro line anywhere near it. We have not repeated that figure, and it is a fair signal of how the rest of the table was compiled.
