Pure Bliss Development LLC
Dubai developer whose only development on this site is Bliss Tower in Dubailand, built with GRID as its development lifecycle management partner.
About Pure Bliss Development LLC
What the name tells you.
Pure Bliss Development LLC is named as the developer of Bliss Tower on the brochure cover, on the brochure's back cover and in the header of every page of the project's floor-plan set, each of which reads "A project by Pure Bliss Development LLC". That, and one paragraph of brand copy on page 3 of the same brochure, is the whole of what the developer's own material says about the company. It gives no founding year, no other project, no delivered-unit or completed-project count, no office address, no website, no telephone number and no email; the only contact of any kind in the pack is an unresolved QR code on the brochure's back cover. We hold no second Pure Bliss development and no page under this company's name, so nothing here is drawn from anywhere but the Bliss Tower documents. Its one project is well documented about the homes — nineteen unit plans with suite, balcony and total areas, a full fit-out specification, furnished interiors — and silent about the purchase: no price, no payment plan, no handover date and no permit reference appears in any document.
Delivery notes
What we can and cannot verify.
No delivery statistics, and no way to construct any. Pure Bliss publishes no founding year, no completed-project count, no delivered-unit count and no on-time record, so this site shows none of the four. There is no earlier building to inspect and no handover to check, which means the usual test — go and walk something the developer finished — cannot be applied here at all. Ask for the company's trade licence and for the Dubai Land Department project registration and escrow arrangements for Bliss Tower before anything is signed; no permit reference of any kind appears anywhere in the material we hold.
GRID is not the developer of this building, and the documents are clear about which company is which. The brochure cover, the back cover and every floor-plan header say the project is by Pure Bliss Development LLC; GRID appears beside them in a lock-up marked "DLM PARTNER", and brochure page 3 spells the role out — "In partnership with GRID, the Development Lifecycle Management Partner". Development lifecycle management is a delivery role, not a development one. The sale and purchase agreement will be with Pure Bliss Development LLC, and that is the company whose licence, registration and record a buyer needs. If Bliss Tower is ever offered as a GRID project, ask which company signs the agreement before anything else.
Because there is no track record to weigh, the documents have to carry more than usual, and in four places they contradict each other: the project is BLISS TOWER on the brochure and the floor plans and THE BLISS on the material board; the typical floor plate is "2-11" on the floor-plan sheet and "2nd to 12th" on two brochure spreads; one unit type name carries three different total areas; and the twelfth-floor layout labels two positions with a type name the brochure splits in two. Get a current, signed unit schedule, and get the project name settled, before an area or a floor is quoted to anyone.
