D-Villas is a DarGlobal collection of four- and five-bedroom villas inside Jumeirah Golf Estates, with built-up areas of 2,899 to 4,048 ft². The developer's current project page gives expected completion as December 2029, recorded here as Q4 2029.
That date has moved. A DarGlobal press release about the project's March 2025 launch gave completion as Q2 2028 — a year and a half earlier than the page now says. We publish the current page and state plainly that it is the developer's current target rather than a fixed date.
The amenity is largely the community's rather than the project's: two championship golf courses, the Tommy Fleetwood Golf Academy, a tennis academy, the Jumeirah Golf Estates clubhouse, restaurants, a spa and wellness centre, Olympic-sized and resort-style pools, landscaped parks and jogging tracks, retail and supermarkets and two community malls.
