DG1 is a DarGlobal tower on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay, close to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, selling studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The developer's spec table gives expected completion as December 2027, recorded here as Q4 2027.

DarGlobal publishes a size range of 126 to 177 m² — about 1,356 to 1,905 ft² — for the building. That range does not sit easily with a studio-to-three-bedroom mix, so it should be read as covering part of the stock rather than all of it, and the full area schedule should be requested.

The facilities are a conventional set for a canal-side tower: a gym, an infinity swimming pool, a landscaped podium, a twenty-four-hour reception desk, a sky garden and a yoga studio.

Inside the home

  • Published range, with a caveat

DarGlobal publishes 126–177 m². That range is too narrow to cover studios through three-bedroom homes, so it appears to describe part of the stock. Ask for the full area schedule by layout.

  • Canal position

Directly by the Dubai Canal in Business Bay, near the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. No journey times are published.

  • Price and plan

No starting price and no payment plan is published for this tower.

  • Completion

Expected December 2027 on the developer's own spec table — roughly fifteen months away, which is a short exposure by this site's standards.

Floor plans

No floor plans for the apartments are on this page yet.

The OAC18 Perspective

A short exposure in a finished district — with a published size range that does not match the published unit mix.

Who this suits
Buyers who want short, central, canal-side exposure and will obtain the full area schedule and payment terms first.
Who it does not
Anyone taking the published size range at face value, and anyone comparing price per square foot from published material.

What to consider

Ask DarGlobal to reconcile the unit mix with the published size range, then for the price list and the payment schedule. A size range that does not fit the stated mix is the kind of small inconsistency that usually means the page is out of date.

Next step

The payment plan comes from a person.

DarGlobal PLC issues the schedule against a selected unit, so we cannot publish it — and any site that does is showing you something out of date. Tell us the bedrooms and the floors you have in mind and we will send the current plan, the live availability and our view on which units to avoid.

Payment schedules and availability are issued by the developer against a selected unit — an advisor sends the real figures within one business day.
