About DarGlobal PLC
What the name tells you.
DarGlobal states on its own investor page that it was founded as the international arm of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development PJSC, the Saudi developer, and that it listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2023. It has two Dubai offices, at Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Media One Tower, and a DFSA-regulated investment arm headquartered in the DIFC. Its Dubai pipeline is brand-licensed and tall: a Trump-branded hotel and residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, the DG1 tower by the canal in Business Bay, and a villa collection at Jumeirah Golf Estates. Its spec tables print an expected completion date to the month, which is more precise than most, and it publishes no payment plan for any project — its own Trump Dubai page says to contact the sales team for current terms.
Delivery notes
What we can and cannot verify.
No founding year and no delivery statistics are published here, and the reason is that DarGlobal's own site gives three irreconcilable accounts of its age: a thirty-two-year track record and three decades of know-how, which belong to its Saudi parent rather than to DarGlobal; a 2026 press release marking its fifth anniversary; and a 2023 listing. We publish none of them as a fact.
The headline portfolio figures on its homepage — gross development value, cities, countries, brand partners — are footnoted on the page itself as indicative. An indicative number is not a delivery record and is not treated as one here.
Two cautions on language. Its Trump Dubai page describes a guaranteed view; whatever that means for a window, treat the word guaranteed on any developer page as a marketing usage rather than a contractual one. And a completion date given to the month can still move: a DarGlobal press release about the Jumeirah Golf Estates villas gave a completion quarter more than a year earlier than the date its own current project page shows. We publish the current page and tell you it has moved.
