Enchanté is GRID's apartment development in Arjan, marketed as forest-inspired residences: studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments set around a landscaped lagoon pool, with retail at ground level.
GRID publishes prices by unit type, a payment plan and a tentative December 2028 handover on the project's own site. It publishes no unit sizes, no floor count and no total number of residences.
GRID announced the start of construction in August 2026. That announcement quoted a starting price of AED 662,000, while the project site gives AED 620,000. We show the project site's figure and ask for the current price list before anyone reserves.

The three drive times GRID gives are fifteen minutes to Mall of the Emirates, twenty to Downtown Dubai and twenty-five to Dubai International Airport. Arjan has no metro station, so those are car journeys.
