What the name tells you.
Deyaar Development PJSC prints its own full legal name and its 2002 establishment on its homepage, and states more than thirty completed projects. It has built across Business Bay, Al Furjan, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Production City and Dubai Science Park, and it runs a property management arm alongside the development business. Two things make it easier to underwrite than most of this list: it publishes unit sizes in square feet on its project pages, and it maintains a construction-update page that tabulates the launch date and the expected completion quarter for every live project. It publishes no starting price and no payment plan for any of them, so the money conversation still has to happen on paper.

Its homepage figure of thirty-plus completed projects is a project count rather than a unit count, and the twenty-thousand-plus units it also quotes describes the stock its property management division administers, not homes it delivered. Conflating the two would overstate the record substantially, and it is quoted that way often.
The construction-update page is the useful document here, and it is the source of the handover quarters on this site. Use it: a developer that publishes a launch date and an expected completion quarter per project, and keeps it current, is easier to hold to a date than one that publishes neither.
